FAQ

Does insurance cover the fee?

The membership fee is not covered by insurance; this is an elective fee which the patient pays.

Do I have to commit to a long-term agreement?

All memberships are annual (12 month) and renew each year. If you do not want to renew your membership after 12 months you will need to notify us 30 days before the renewal date.

What does my membership include?

Membership gives you: same day/next day appointments.

Unrushed visits – take as long as you and your doctor need to address your health concerns. The average office visit ranges from 30-60 minutes or as long as you need.

24/7 access to your doctor via a private cell phone, email, tele-visit as well as the patient portal.

Our doctors treat what is needed now, but also work with you to create a preventative wellness plan. Many chronic medications can be reduced or discontinued if appropriate lifestyle changes are made. Our doctors work with their patients to plan lifestyle changes and identify ways to implement and maintain those changes.

What about specialists and referrals?

Our doctors work with specialists and take care of the referrals, as well as, manage and navigate the process with the specialists.

Acceptable forms of payment?

We accept all major credit cards or debit cards. Memberships are set up on auto-pay with four friendly options, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly.

Is the membership tax deductible?

Please speak to a qualified tax advisor for details, as this will vary from person to person depending on different factors.

Can you use your HSA to pay for the membership?

Please check with your HSA administrator to see if you are eligible.

Do you offer family plans?

Yes, please contact our office for details.
